Our Moving into Mindfulness group is geared to increase your mental and physical well-being. Through gentle movements, you can increase your physical activity and improve your mood. The movement of your body will provide an opportunity to let go of everyday worries and bring presence into your day.
We welcome adults during their lunch hour to join us for our 8 week
Move into MIndfulness Program.
In our weekly sessions, you will:

Self Reflection

Gentle warm-up
-
Light Cardio Exercise
-
Cool down and Mindfulness Stretch
At the end of the session, you will feel refreshed, lighter, more focused and have energy for the remainder of your day.
Group Requirements:

Must be able to climb stairs (for access to workout area)
-
Cleared by physician for physical exercise
