Introduction to
Skills Group for Teens
Our skills group is geared to helping your teen. We welcome teens from 13 to 18 years old. We offer 8 weekly sessions in a safe, respectful and confidential environment.
In our weekly sessions, your teen will learn strategies to:

Be Present and Increase Self Awareness

Cope with Intense Emotions

Tolerate Emotional Discomfort

Improve Communication and Relationships
At the end of the session, your teen will be introduced to a tool box of strategies that they can use to improve their emotional lives and foster healthy relationships going forward.
